No instruction provided in the package. Grains received is not in grains form. Should I immediately put the opened package in the fridge? How long the grains in the package before it is sent to me? Was that a cold pack in the package? Because it is watery and not cold and in Mandarin language? I can’t read what it says.

Hi Naim, Apologies for this. There must be an error. Usually a paper with instructions are packed. You should put the package in the fridge directly unless you would like to start making kefir immediately. The grains are sent immediately after they are out of the fridge and packed.
