Made with both sourdough starter and kefir, it’s definitely a good probiotic mash up 😀 Also, due to the healthy fat content of the kefir, Kefir Sourdough Bread is softer than regular sourdough and tastes really yummy!
One loaf has not lasted more than a day in our house 😂 let us know if they last longer at yours 😁
