Authentic Spelt Sourdough Bread

Sourdough bread is bread that is leavened with a sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast. It lessens the negative effect of gluten on the body and makes the nutrients easier to digest. Sourdough bread also has a wonderful flavour caused by the fermentation process which is completely natural.
This bread is made with a combination of high protein flour and spelt flour, which results in a light, airy loaf with a lovely, subtle taste.

I love bread, sourdough especially, and I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best loaves of bread I’ve ever had! The spelt loaf is just a little lighter in texture than the normal loaf but both are amazing.
