I would say, if you’re more of an old fashion shopper, and would like to hold the product in your hand, feel out the crevices, before you fork our your money for it, I’m happy to say, that recently, supermarkets around KL are starting to stock kefir.

Not that many at the moment, because kefir is not exactly steeped in Malaysian culture, but a handful of health food stores around KL stock it.

One that I know of is Qra, located in Mont Kiara, TTDI and KL City Centre. If you know more, feel free to comment below!

Tip #2: Online websites

Fortunately, we can get our daily fix of kefir in Kuala Lumpur, the more digital way: online.

So that would be a really convenient way to get your probiotic intake up while grabbing lunch or having dinner with friends.

It would be a little pricier than buying it directly from the store, but hey, convenience is sometimes worth its price!
